Although high technology might not be the first thing people associate with Odder in East Jutland, this is where high-quality, customized machines and production lines for the solid wood industry are developed and manufactured. System TM is an internationally leading supplier, building efficient and safe system solutions for customers worldwide.
Like many others, they find that customers are placing increasingly high demands on documentation related to CE marking, such as risk assessments and user manuals. System TM wanted to strengthen their documentation process and ensure that their employees received the necessary competency development within safety and CE marking.
To support this, we deployed Safety Engineer Rune from Yellow Safety to their production facility in Odder for a period, where he assisted with:
- Training internal staff in the field of risk assessment.
- Co-authoring risk assessments for systems delivered to customers.
- Developing a module-based risk assessment approach to save time on future projects.
The original challenges were resolved to the full satisfaction of System TM’s customers. Since then, Yellow Safety has remained available for further questions and challenges regarding CE marking and safety.
